Description
Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020.
Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

0.50l can @ Ghetto Something. Aroma is herbal, malty and fruity. Pours clear golden color with thin creamy white head, good lacing and flat visible carbonation. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and herbal, following is mild tropical fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Even after 60 days off it’s a good choice…

A typically sweet and reasonably tasty pastry offering from this brewery. A bit cloying? Yes. Some toasted nut notes, burnt sugars, raisins, caramel, vanilla. In small doses, it’s fine. A little sticky and warming.
