0,33 flaske fra lokal sjappe i Cadiz, hjemme: åpning med champagnesmell etterfulgt av et entusiastisk skum. Et skarpt anslag (minner om aceton) tidlig i både aroma og smak, men det roer seg raskt. Røde bær, karamell, rosiner og ristet brød dukker opp selv om overkarboneringen reduserer gleden. Hovedinntrykket minner for mye om et ikke helt vellykket hjemmebrygg. Overcarbonated and impressivly second rate.

0,33 flaske fra spesialbutikk i Cadiz, delt med Kitty i leiligheten i Sevilla: lett uklar gylden med højt skum som varer hele veien ned. Lys malt, karamell, litt citrus og gress. Muligens en furunål langt bak. Overkarbonert, men smaker allikevel godt.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange to yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity, estery. Bitter, mild spiced and slight fruity. Medium dry and estery. Dry and herbal, toasted malt finish.
