Founded in January 2014, Firehouse Brewery was previously founded in the village of Manby on part of the site of the former RAF station. In October 2016 relocated in to Thames Street Brewery in Louth

The 2.5 bbl barrel plant is owned and operated by Jason Allen and Louise Darbon. Jason a keen brewer since the age of 8 years old with his first experience making Alcoholic Ginger Beer which after a week, the bottles unexpectedly exploded in his Dad's shed!

Louise joined the business as a partner in 2016 and looks after the marketing and customer relations as well as brewer!

In October 2016 we purchased Fulstow Brewery and now continue to brew their unique ales as well as our own, where these ales and more can be sampled in our very own brewery bar "The Gas Lamp Lounge"

Our ales are made with water that has filtered down through the Lincolnshire Wolds making it an exceptional taste...A pure taste of Lincolnshire!
