8oz @ 🏡 shared with Phill.
Aroma: American oak, low to moderately sweet, a bit meaty.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of caramel somehow, which I wouldn't expect from the imperial stout. Finishes with some bitterness.
Overall: pleasant, but not mind blowing.

Aromos are mild MJ with grassy, malt and a bit of citrus. Flavors are similar to nose and more bitter than sweet and okay carbonation. Pretty good.

Aromas are stone fruit with a little citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly sweet with enough bitter and mildly soft carbonation. Decent but not great.

Can.

A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, no head.

A- Cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, chocolate fudge, mild booze.

T- Chocolate, mild roast, bourbon, faint baking spice, molasses.

F- Full body, slightly thin texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.

O- Nice. Smells like a stout, tastes like a barleywine. Love the 8 oz cans for beers like this. More subdued than I would expected for the abv. Good stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a large white head that turned foamy. Aroma of pale malt - seemingly not bready - with a good amount of Noble hop aroma. Arguably med body. It's quite dry and quite bitter. Mostly Noble grass/spice for hop. Excellent pils.

16 oz. can. Pours dark brown, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is light cocoa, black bread, mild resin, and caraway. Sweet and malty and yeasty, with a light, spicy bitterness. Light to medium body, fluffy, and sticky. Pretty solid.
