Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a small transient yellowish head. Aroma of very, very nice dark malt. Full bodied. Far from dry. There’s a lot of very nice English malt. There’s definitely some bourbon and wood. I think there’s a lot of floral hop. The flavor is just amazingly good.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a large white head that lightly laced. Aroma has pineapple. Med body. Flavor has pineapple and green melon. Rather tropical and somewhat juicy, but pretty dry. Very nicely bitter. Some resin, but not pine, surfaced eventually. Good tasting ale.

8 ounce can from Tavour. Chestnut brown color. Brief beige head. Aromas of sweet toasted malt, bourbon, oak, toffee and toasted walnuts. First sip is sweet and sticky. Notes of toffee, vanilla, oak, whiskey and raisins. Remarkably smooth for a 14.3 booze bomb.

8 ounce can from Tavour. Opaque dark brown pour. Brief tan head settles to a scant ring. Aromas of dark roasted malt, whiskey, vanilla and oak. First sip brings notes of strong Cuban coffee, bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, oak, treacle and bourbon. Immensely complex, warming and intense. Not for the faint of heart.

8oz @ 🏡 shared with Phill.
Aroma: American oak, low to moderately sweet, a bit meaty.
Taste: along the same lines, a lot of caramel somehow, which I wouldn't expect from the imperial stout. Finishes with some bitterness.
Overall: pleasant, but not mind blowing.
