We do love great beers!
Good beer selection is essential in our restaurants and therefore it was only natural that we went on with brewing.
We are so called gipsy brewers- meaning we don’t have our own brewery.
Limited production gives us the freedom to brew the stuff we truly enjoy ourselves.
Have a sip, enjoy and come to see us at Leib or Umami in Tallinn. Cheers!

33cl from Õllepood nr2 Gambrinus, Pärnu. Pours clear deep amber with an off-white head. Quite hoppy and fruity aroma, notes of tropical fruits, caramel, pine, malt and hints of citrus and herbs. A bit on the sweet side with hoppy flavours that seems a bit unbalanced. Finishes pleasantly bitter. Refreshing and quite pleasant.

Aroma has grapefruit, bush leaves and herbal bitterness. Also some toffee. Flavour has toffee, grapefruit, some herbal bitterness, butter and some toffee candy. Also strawberries that take over at the end of the glass. Messy and feels even slightly contaminated. More English than American.

Aroma is fresh and grainy with some toffee, toffee candy and minerals. Flavour has toffee candy, butter, some minerals and grassy hops. Feels quite English – both on the hoppy and malty side. Starts to feel a bit vegetable-like at the end of the glass,

0,33L bottle, batch 1, BB 03.01.2015. Pours amber with off-white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is caramel, fruits, yeast, something very weird that I can’t even describe. Flavor is sour, caramel, berries, biscuits. It’s brewed at Lehe so body is of course watery. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: like with Esimene Vasikas there is something wrong with this brew.

33cl bottle at Leib, Tallinn. Pours clear caramel coloured to amber, with an off-white head. Fairly hoppy aroma with a balanced malty background. Moderate fruity with mild citrusy notes, caramel and hints of herbs and pine. Medium sweet with a fairly bslanced bitterness. Decent and quite tasty.
