Can. Cloudy orange with a large but loose white head. Aroma of crackery dough, oranges, pineapple funk, a little bootpolish. Light, spritzy. Dryish with crackers, some stone and citrus fruit, loads of pineapple funk, some medicinal notes. Bitterness is (too) modest.

Can. Misted pale gold with a white head. 3+ Aroma of oaked white wine, gooseberries, Meyer lemons, barely ripe apricots, hay. Dry but tautly fruity with a hint of sourness before a bitter and somewhat twiggy as well as oaky finish. Medium low carbonation. Elegant.

Carwyn's Canvent. Red. A pink head fails to last the pour. Gently funky aroma with tartish berries, oak, some medicinal tones. Light bodied with a hint of slipperiness. Spritzy. Tastes as it smells really. I'd say all the tartness is from the berries. It's balanced by the soft funk. Nice, refreshing.

Way too light. Watery and thin. Nice flavour notes, cherry cola sour and super easy to drink, not a lot of barrel complexity or funk.would be rated higher as a Dr Pepper sour, but not in the game for Flanders

Can. Clear brown with a loose beige head. Aroma of orchard fruit, brown bread, twigs, spices. A bit too fizzy for me. Pretty dry with singed toffee, bread, dark fruit, bracken and spicy bitterness. Better as it warmed to ~12C. Interesting.
