Bottle from Craft & Berry. Appearance - gusher, certainly very highly carbonated. Golden amber with a big off-white head. Required 4 separate pours to get it all in the glass. Nose - fruitcake and dried orange. Taste - more of that dried citrus going, and a little fresh citrus on the finish. Palate - creamy texture, close to medium bodied, light roast and citrus on the finish that closes off ok. Overall - quite nice despite the gush at the beginning.

Bottle from Craft & Berry. Appearance - quite a high fill but C02 fizz seemed normal. Tan head over a brown body with red chinks. A little lively all the same. Nose - spiced loaf, an edge of chocolate. Definitely roast and coffee. Taste - more spiced and roasty bread. Just a little chocolate and the merest suggestion of treacle. Palate - light bodied, shortlived sweetness and a dry roasty finish which is fairly persistent. Overall - decent, but I'm not sure that was the beer on its A game, as seems like a different beer from that of the previous reviewer.

Bottle from Craft & Berry. Appearance - it looked slightly overfilled and on opening the C02 wasn't as much as expected. Then on pouring, the head disappears quickly. The body is cloudy orange. Nose - banana and wholemeal bread. Taste - wholemeal bread and banana again, with just an edge of toffee. Palate - medium bodied, creamy and tangy in texture. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - good overall.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Deep brown, with a fine, dense, sticky, semi lacing, beige head. Looks boss. Nose has notes of dark chocolate and milky coffee. A little ashy. Hops come across citrusy and nicely fresh and fruity. Taste has a brief sweetness, turning pretty robust, earthy and ashy bitter. Plenty of punchy hop bitterness, too. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body. Foamy carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Hopped up brown ale verging on CDA. Great stuff.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fairly hazy, dark amber. Off white head completely dissipates. Nose is all there, with some banana and light clove, and also a nice hint of rye like spice. Taste is a little sweet, with some estery shizzle. Touch of dryness. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Touch of spice to finish. Liked this.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed amber. Barely a head. Nose has a whiff of smoke. Some fruited bread. Hint of brett. Taste is sweet and bready. Some fruity bitterness. Smooth on the palate. Fine carbonation. Short bitterness to finish. Decent stab at an Orval type affair.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Opened with a big hiss. Pours super lively depositing a load of floaters into the glass. Hazed gold. Thick off white head. Nose has bready grain. Some floral hop. Touch of herb. Taste has a little sweetness, but is mostly dry and light bitter. Light on the palate. Loads of foamy carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish. Ok. Probably not in the best nick it could be.
