8-3-7-4-14 Bottle, # 41, 10 months before bbd. Pours cloudy red, with a fairly short lived big creamy head. Aroma is nice fruity kettle sour with lactic acid and raspberries, as well as musty fruits. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sour lactic notes, with tart fruity notes of raspberries, as well as hay and musty fruit peel.

5-3-5-3-10 Bottle, #38, 13 months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, with a rocky head. Aroma is zesty herbal hops with citrus, as well as malts with white bread, sugar and heathery notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is fairly crisp, herbal hops with citrus and some floral notes, as well as light malts with cereals, hay and minerals. Has some dry and crisp notes almost remniscent of pilsner, and seems rather unresolved. Drinkable and refreshing, but utterly boring.

Bottle. A hazy reddish beer with a small white head. The aroma has raspberry, some grass and a touch of yoghurt and bread. Passionfruit too. It's medium bodied, lightly tartish and with a good carbonation. Raspberry, passionfruit and some grass, yoghurt and bread. Fruity, berryish finish. Too much on the yoghurt side this one, but at least the mix of raspberry and passionfruit works well. 201226

330 ml bottle, from Det Gode Brygg, Kvadrat. ABV is 4.7%. Red colour with lots of floaties, small off-white to pink head. Aroma of cherries, blueberries and lactose. Fruity flavour, the blueberries are more distinct than the cherries, not too sweet. Fairly nice to drink.

0,33 flaske fra Bunnpris Sauda (takk til dr. Melberg!), hjemme: klar og vakker rødlig kobberfarge med fint offwhite skum som varer. God aroma og ganske saftig smak med røde bær, knekk, ristet brød og milde urter i fin kombinasjon. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen, men allikevel en lang ettersmak som avslutter med mersmak.

Bottle. A hazy ruby-orange beer with a minimal sized white head. Fruity, berry-ish aroma with a touch of cherry and blueberry. More like blackcurrant, in a sweetish way. It's rather thin on the palate, softly carbonated, quite dryish. Blueberry, sweetness, generic berries and a light sour touch in the flavor. Medium length finish. A rather dull one, not showcasing the berries either. 201122

0,33 flaske fra Det gode brygg, Sandnes (takk til Dag for denne!), hjemme: lett uklar strågylden med fint skum som varer. En enkel forfriskning med behagelig syrlighet og fin balanse i en slank kropp. Lett å drikke, like lett å glemme.

Bottle. A clear straw colored beer with a nice white head. Some curtains. The flavor is mostly on the fruity side, with grainy pale malts and a touch of grass. It's quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation and a quite weak body. Fruity, grassy flavor with some pale malts. Rather short finish. A quite uninteresting one, but clean and quite crisp. 201107
