Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark orange to amber color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy and earthy hops up front; caramel/toffee malts in the back
Flavor: mildly combines the prior noted aromas to a bitter crisp quality, light sweetness comes in underneath; finishes semi-earthy hoppy
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sort of sessionability about it, some smoothness but also some assertive hoppiness
Overall: tries to hang with the West coast styled IPA's but I'm not exactly so sure how well this one will do with those.

Can to chalice.
Appearance: muddy yellow color with a half finger's of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave a little bit of lace
Aroma: some clove, banana-y esters, sweet grassy note, candied peaches, and a light dose of some spicy yeasty qualities
Flavor: semi-sweet with a light clove to spicy yeastiness trying to make a decent play at the balance and ends up not doing a bad job; finish of spicy yeast, bananas, clove and the sweet grassines
Texture: light to medium bodied and trying to make me believe this is a sipper when ultimately I think I could have pounded this one with several others; not as smooth as it initially led me to believe, some clove harshness
Overall: despite some flaws here and there and honestly not exactly showing real "true Belgian" character, this isn't a bad beer, it's just not exactly one that shows me the strength of a really good one to even be close to being a really great one.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a three finger khaki foamy and bubbly head which popped and slid off to leave some light lace.
Aroma: some dark fruits, dark malts, subtle roasted tone, biscuits and level tone of some chocolate
Flavor: moderately blends the prior noted aromas somewhat sweet; sly finish of the dark fruits and some chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: not a bad offering from this brewer, perhaps I could give it another shot again.

Appearance: semi-transparent amber/red color with a two and a half fingers of eggshell white foamy head which dissolved nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some grassy sweet hops meshing with some caramel/toffee malts and toasted nutty character
Flavor: leans towards the sweet side following through on blending the prior noted aromas; finishes semi-crisp with a decent nutty to caramel base
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly clean and smooth along the tongue
Overall: nice enough amber lager I believe I could give another shot at.

Can from Coffeebar in RWC. Here for my daughter’s open mic and she rocked it!

Shaker pint draft at Sailing Goat in Richmond, California. The pour is a clear golden with a white head that leaves behind great lace. The aroma is cracker malt with herbal grassy hops. The taste is a nice blend of the slightly honey sweet malt and the herbal grassy hop. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and a nice clean finish. Nice Pils.

Can (19 Nov 24?--date partially obscured) from Total Wine & More, W. Hollywood. Clear, amber-iced tea, light sparkle, thin head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted, sweet caramel malts. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, average carbonation, crisp finish as taste. Easy going lager. Appreciate the brewery tick!

Can at LAX. Pours a clear copper with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the surface edges and laces slightly. Aroma has grass and light pine with some earthy citrus rind supporting. Flavor has light pine and grass with earthy melon and a touch of citrus rind coming through.
