Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 05.05.2017R (BBF 05.05.2018). AROMA: medium phenolic (clove) aroma with slight notes of banana and bubblegum. background wheat aroma. APPEARANCE: gold color and hazy. large moussy white head with medium-high retention. TASTE: medium-low clove with a medium wheat malt background. very faint banana and citrus note. low bitterness wits a semi-sweet and wheaty finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average weizen with good aroma but with more dilluted flavor.

Can. Cloudy yellow pour. Huge style-like head. the aroma is ex expected banana, clove, white bread. Fine. Light to medium body. Medium dry flavour. wheat malts and banana with spicy nuances. Dry hoppy ending. Light bitterness. A satisfying Hefe.
