Pure crisp golden and very clear body with a thinnish, one to two centimetre tall pure white head that fades quickly, but leaves a noticeable head on top. Aroma of grassy, very biscuity and malty components with a light bitterness and some soft lager yeast in the nose with way more malts than any hops. Light to Medium-bodied; Rich biscuity and herbal maltiness dominates with a dry characteristic and an easy-drinking profile with some lighter grassy notes and only a faint bit of the hops, but the malt shines through. Aftertaste shows the dry and floral qualities with a big bitterness from both the lager yeast and the lighter alpha acid, but still noticeable German hops. Overall, a nice, refreshing, but still fairly easy-drinking lager with some dry notes and a lot of malts with a herbal characteristic and a finish of grass. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Giant Food in Alexandria (East Glebe) in Potomac Yard, Alexandria, Virginia on 15-April-2021 for US$1,99 sampled on the streets of New York with my kids on 01-May-2021.

Mild soil nose. Hazy brown, thin tan head. Mud, with a grapefruit finish. Medium body, easy carbonation, waxy. Was hoping for a traditional Cascadian dark, but got an earthy ABA.
