Currently brewing around 3000 hl a year and running a barrel program with almost 200 barrels. We enjoy brewing a wide range of beers, from barrel-aged big beers to refreshing sours and super hoppy IPA’s.

Fles 33cl thuis. Dried fruits, bourbon, cognac, houttonen, appel, zoeten, pruim, rozijn, wat vanille, wat caramel, licht boozy, chocoladetonen. (17-2-2024).
Magus, essentsine, vaarikas, röst, šokolaad. Ok.
Seems a bit overrated, it’s a good beer. But lacking pure cleanliness and crispness. Sterk ams

It’s okay, this one is a bit old, says 2023 on bottle. A year ago, it’s boozy but not that full. Sterk ams

Mint green colour, small white head. Lime, salt, odd sour candies in the nose. Light-bodied. Sour, minty, salty, raw gooseberries... not for me.

bottle. pours dark brown, not black, with a brown smooth head aroma has lots of coconut, some chocolate, some other notes that are somewhere between nutty and malty. Flavor is roasted malty, toasted coconut, fresh coconut juice, chocolate, mild roasted malty bitterness, vanilla. Not bad flavor at all, not totally up there with the best roasted malty strong porters either. A bit too pastry and too little careful brewing. Better than many pastry stouts though.
