Draft: Thistle, caramel, grapefruit aroma. Tea colored, sticky thick tan head. Cherries, caramel, grapefruit. Medium body, soft carbonation. Great balance and transitions. Wonderful texture. Not terribly relevant to the beer as YMMV, but the shape of a praying elderly monk apeared in the lacing on my glass.
