Bottle. A pale golden beer with small yeast floaties and a dense, finger-thick white head. Coriander and grains in the aroma, not much else. The flavor is much the same, pale malts and some coriander, lacking on hoppy bitterness and citrus. Medium to thin body. Short finish with the same flavors found initially. A rather boring one. It it’s supposed to be a witbier, I think it misses. Otherwise, it’s still uninteresting. (090501)

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing white head. Sweet malty aroma. Medium body, some sweet malts but also a very distinct metallic edge. Not much hoppiness. But for a Pale lager this could be a lot worse. 110309

Bottle at Mama Afrika. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Bad dishwash-like aroma and flavor. Short finish. Watery palate. Maybe I dont like Mango (the Mango in the salat at the reastaurent was good as for the rest og the food!)

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber golden with an off-white head. Fine if somewhat oxidized caramel aroma. Medium body with dry notes of caramel. Finishes dry. Has a somewhat unclean edge every now and then. 310109

Bottled@Delirium café, Gothenburg in 2006. Pretending to be Egyptian yes. Hazy yellow colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is pretty much a witbier, but also has a bunch of red berries and even some raisinlike sweetness. Flavour has quite much of the same, along with yeast. A rather different witbier...
