On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Dorata brillante, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di pompelmo, frutta tropicale, resina. In bocca ha un attacco maltato importante, perfettamente bilanciato da un amaro consistente ma non eccessivo, succosa, molto lunga e persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. West Coast di ottimo livello.

330ml can. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Piney, resinous and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of pine, pineapple, resin, lemon, lemon oil, some peach and mandarine, pale malty background with a touch of salty cracker. Taste is bitter, piney, resinous and slightly fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, pale and slightly caramel malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of woody pineapple, a touch of lemon. Oily texture, dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Intense and condensed hop flavours, relatively restricted fruitiness - pretty decent.

[#6.198 Global - #102 Italy - #1 Ritual LAB: Brewing & Growing (My Italian Brewery #48)] Pours jet black with a beige and lacing head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, molasses, liquorice and chocolate malts. Taste: syrup, bourbon barrels, liquorice and mild roasted malts. Getting some rum and lot of barrels. Next one please!

Sample at TCBW 2023 Hazy orange colour and medium-sized off-white head. Trop fruity pineapple aroma. Medium-bodied. Semi-sweet, pineapple and papaya flavour.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is Laphroaig, some sweet malts, rye, mild toffee and ripe fruits along with some slight alcohol too. Flavour is Laphroaig, rye, toffee and some slight alcohol with wood. Rather sweet, but otherwise nice.

A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of strong liquorice, dark malt, caramel, melasse. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, caramel, liquorice, some rum flavour from the barrel.
