IntrestinG bottle, both gruyt and hops are used. Don’t bring it home, mine spilled out just by being in a rucksack in the back of the car. Cloudy orange smooth white head.nice spicy and sour aroma, resembling wild ale. Flavor is spicy and bitter herbal , honey herbs tea bitterness flavor like typical gin spices abs berries. Flavor is nearly not sour but has a honey base and a herbs and faint hop balance. Clearly a beer not a mead but I am quite certainly. Honey has been added. Clearly one of the moat special spice beers I have ever had. All the flavors add up to a very pleasant sweet and herbal bitter beer. Palate is very soft. Alc is very hidden. I found the bottle in the grocery store in deia , 75 cl at 8.25 euros. Never seen it elsewhere.
