Bière dénichée sur l’île de Majorque. Robe blonde, limpide, mousse correcte mais rapidement retombée. Nez discret, légèrement houblonné. Attaque douce, plus proche d’une blonde houblonnée que d’une IPA classique, mais facile à boire. Amertume légère. Une bière simple mais efficace, surtout quand on est habitué aux Estrella locales. Correcte et rafraîchissante.

330ml bottle, 6,7 % abv, 50 IBU, at Toutatis Bar. Pearl white head, cloudy orange coloured body, dotted spots on the glass. Slightly overcarbonated. Inviting smell of sappy citrus fruits. Mixed hop fruity taste of orange and apricot, lightly spiced. Yeast fruity moments towatds a bitter fruity ending. Fine bodied. Pretty tasty. (Palma, 13.07.2023).

200ml draught at Toutatis Bar. Clear golden-greenish body, stable white head, fair lacing. Moderate aromas of pale malts with a citric bite. Grass-fruity flavours with a grainy note followed by a mid-dry aftertaste with a distant bitter input. Pretty fair. ( Palma, 13.07.2023).

0,33 l bottle purchsed at the hotel bar Universal Lido Park, Peguera as Universal IPA. Also green but different label with a green cap. Unclear golden orange with an huge more than two finger frozy head in the glass. Smells malty with hopy pine, some tropical fruits in the background. Taste starts intensive hopy, pine and citrus sweetness. Pleasant fruity mid bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one.
