(Bottle) Dark brownish red colour with creamy, beige head. Malty nose with dried fruit, fruit cake, apricot marmalade, orange and spices. Malty taste with notes of caramel, fruit cake, toffee, apricot marmalade, spices and orange peel. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and harmonious. Nice one.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone rossastro resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di colore scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra impegnativa per l'elevato grado alcolico. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, arrostito, agrumi e frutta passita.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il finale è un po' ruvido. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua sembra sia passata la carta vetrata insieme a indizi di crosta di pane, frumento e cortile.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi e frutta tropicale.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a foamy white head. Bread, dough, grass and a hint of lime in the aroma. Grass, floral hops, citrus and even some faint bubblegum notes in the taste.
