Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich head.Light hoppy aroma with pear and melon. Dryish with bready caramelly malt forming a mid-sized body. Grainy and lightly toasty. Salty finish with mild bitterness. A chewy and pleasant drinkable lager.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear brownish amber, smallcreamy head. Piney resinynose with butterscotch behind. Sweet with viscous oily mouthfeel. Syrupy and caramelly with some butterscotch and green apples. Rough and umpolished with light resiny bitterness. Not for me.

From tap Bishops Arms. Pours hazy dark brown, dark brown head. Aroma is roasted malty, light yeasty fruity. Roasted and coffeeish flavoured with a light acidity. Dry and bitter flavoured. Lingering roasted malt flavoured finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white and slowly collapsing head. Citrusy and crisp hoppy aroma. Light yeasty spiced too. Mild fruity and yeasty. Lingering fruity yeasty flavoured finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild citrusy. Dry and hoppy flavoured. Light citrusy flavoured. Dry bitter and crisp finish. Nice and easy.

F: smokey, coffe, cholcolate, a bit salt salt, licorice root.

Draft. A deep red beer with thin brown head. The aroma has strong notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and wood. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of soy sauce and wood as well as medium notes of nuts, bitter dark chocolate, prunes and a bit of fruits, leading to a dry roasted and woody finish

Bottle 9 C AR: sweet fruity aroma (aprcot, orange), vanila fudge. (+) AP: cristall clear copper, light diminising low head (-) F: Pilzner, sweet fruit (aprikcot, orange), vanila fudge. Pretty nice bitteness (+) AF: medium long after bitterness

Bottle coutesy Saxo. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Very roasted and burnt. Heavy bitter roasted flavor. Fruity notes. Average moderate bitter nioce finish. Oily palate. Wonderfull beer.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! The aroma has cellar notes, but the flavor approaches a real Bavarian Oktoberfestbier. Malty, just a bit sweetish, with some flowery and fruity notes. Fairly well made.
