Bottled. Deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is caramel, liquorice, mild hops and some slight roasted malty notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same with chocolate being there as well. Very nice.

Draught@Bishops Arms, Vasagatan. Hazy amber colour, small beige head. aroma is mild fruity and wooden along with some slight fudgelike notes and herbs. Flavour is fruits, fudge, wood and mild notes of grains.

250ml Bottle (Man in the Moon, Stockholm) - Copper/red in colour. Slightly vinous aroma with raisins, marzipan, caramel and spice. Complex, rich and fruity taste with fruitcake, plums, raisins, spice and whisky detected. The finish is fruity, vinous and warming.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2009) - Hazy brown/copper coloured. Fruity and slightly sweet aroma with hints of marzipan. Slightly tart and sour taste with hints of dried fruit. I am not sure this is at its best.

Bottle. I love smoked licorice. I love this beer! Lots of flavors (chocolate, coffee etc.), yet easy to drink and refreshing.

50cl bottle. Black with a quite small brownish head. Coffee, smoke, roasted malt, chocolate in aroma and flavor. Also some sourness in the flavor. Did feel something sweet in the finish and flavors of nuts. On the whole, a rather nice beer.
