Bottle at Low and slow smokehouse. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Hoppy white wine aroma. Light and dry with distinct hoppyness. Haven't had any other brut ipas so I'm not sure how it competes.

Draught @ MBWF 2018 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2018 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden. [ As Sigtuna Saison Classique Moderne ].ABV: 4.9%. Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, spicy - peppery, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, pale malt, wheat, light peppery - spicy, light saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Shared 330 ml bottle, ABV 8%. Black colour, small beige head. Nice roasty aroma, notes of chocolate, vanilla, mild coffee and caramel. The flavour is not too sweet, with the same elements as the aroma. Good beer.

Flaske fra Systembolaget Hansa (Malmø), delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): brunsvart med ok skum. Kaffe, engelsk lakridschokolade, vanilje, overmodne brombær og mørkbrent malt. Tørr avslutning med mersmak.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. Ebony. Beige head. Aroma of mash, dark malt, vanilla and wood. Taste is better and more complex, with roasted barley, dark caramel, burnt wood, pine and vanilla.

On tap at Bishops Arms Sundbyberg. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Medium tart with citrus, some pineapple and grapefruit. The body was medium and the bitterness was fairly low.
