Bottle at papsoe tasting, with a pitch for a festival "sound of the forest" on the back side. clear yellow, small bubbly head. aroma of apple, bisquits. at this point i was aware this was not the best cider on earth, but i was totally unprepared for the dastardly bad flavor. flavor is apple, loads of off flavors, bitter rubbery, hard to describe nastinesses.

1 L bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity. Dry, sulphorish and acidic dry apple flavoured. Bone dry finish with a mild sulphorish apple note.

Bottled. An amber cider. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and a bit of vinegar, leading to a lightly tart finish. Boring.

Bottle 100 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze, no head. Tart, fresh apple aroma. Light body, low carbonation, very dry and tart apple notes, skewed biscuits - really an odd tang, tannins, heavy sulphurs and a very dry finish. Well, well... 170611
