100cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden colour with a very small white head. Aroma of fresh apples, medium tartness. Taste of dry and tart apples, very fresh, okay!

Vielen Dank an Erzengel fürs Teilen! Klare blass goldgelbe Farbe, fast kein Schaum. Geruch fruchtig süß nach Apfelsaft. Geschmack nach purem Apfelsaft mit etwas Kohlensäure versetzt, geringe säuerlich fruchtig.

Pale golden in the glass. The cider starts dry with a hint of sweetness. Fresh-fruity, nice tart apples there. The mainpart is nice fruity but not too sour or tart. Nice fruity and slightly sweet apples there, hints of tartness. The aftertaste is slightly tart, hints of tannins, very fruity with a sweetish-fruity apple-aftertaste.

Pale in the glass, fruity in the nose. No carbonation. The cider starts as smooth as the unfiltered version, but not as tart and aroma-full. Smooth, sour-tart, fruity apples, but all a bit subtle. The aftertaste is smooth, long, not really watery, but there is not much deepness in aroma. On the tongue remains a tart, fruity and tend-to-watery apple aroma. --> 9/12/9/9

Cloudy and pale in the glass, smooth and tart nose. The cider is smooth, hints of water and highly drinkable. Tart apple aroma, nearly no sweetness. A bit mouldy. Very smooth in the end, fruity apples, tart finish. Highly drinkable.

1l. Cider starts nice fruity, a bit tart-sour. The mainpart is fullbodied, nicely spiced, not too sweet. The aftertaste is long, nicely balanced, nice Christmas spices, fruity. --> great and easy drinkable! --> 12/13/12/12
