Clear golden with no head. Aroma is sulfur and some apples, some old wood. Taste is tanines, lots of bitterness, a bit sourness, no sweetness. Hard to drink. A bit too heavy. Meh.

Bottle, open 1.5 weeks. Clear golden. Nice applepeel, and tart apple. Light body, light diluted appeljuce and vinegar, doesn’t live up to the aroma. Wood and metal finish.

Bottle, many thanks Koelschtrinker! Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is apple peel, sulphuric, tannins. Taste is dusty and mealy apples, a bit tannic, but more mealy than tannic, with a bit of a medicinal bitterness in the finish. Quite thin-bodied, flat. Refreshing, but the mealiness is a bit too much for me.

[ As Dölp Odenwäldenwälder Apfelwein ].Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, sour apples, yellow apples, sharp, sweet apples. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sharp, tart, earthy, apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20160820]

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 100cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour. Aroma of sweet and mild ripe apples. Taste of mild sour apples, dry and watery.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Clear pale golden. Citric nose. Bone dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric with some tart green apples. Rather one dimensional.

Trockener reifer Apfelgeschmack.Dabei wird der Apfelwein mit der Zeit unsüffiger da die Trockenheit zunimmt, dennoch harmonisch, zum Ende allerdings schwächer. Nett. 7/8/8/7/7/8
