Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, ash, wood, smoke. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, smoked, bourbon, wood smoke, dark malt. 01.05.2017. Taste at VI Warszawski Festiwal Piwa. Piana srednia lecz szybko opada, jaskrawa lekko metnawa barwa. Zapachowo sporo tu egzotycznych owocow Melony, Mango takze i w smaku, ananasy. Bardzo chmielnie i mocno wytrawnie. Brawa dla Tomka Kopyry. nieco zywicznego posmaku w dole jezyka i gozkawa koncowka. Bardzo podobne do APA skrzyzowanego z IPA. 10.05.2021. 500ml bottle. pyszne, mega chmielne zywiczne, pomarancze, gozki grejfrut. metne, brudnawe, jasno brazowawe, z lactingiem obfitym, mleczny posmak, kleja sie usta. mega goryczkowe. tresciwe bardzo. nadal trzyma poziom, receptura Tomka Kopyry wciaz trzyma wysoki poziom.

bottle from European local 2/207 from #mgajdaczewa thanks ! pours unclear amber with a nice off-white head. aroma os grains, syrup, orange, mango, biscuit, floral, caramel, some tropical fruits. Taste has a nice grain/pine/citrus base, hoppy, soft, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, somes herbs. tea, weak body, average carbonation, fruits like tangerine, orange, mango, some oily texture, long grain-tea bitterness finsh. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tropical Storm IPA - on 18 May 2018 at 15:52 - Score: 7

Bottle, at hackobock tasting. Very dark brown, mid sized head. Smoky licorice aroma. some pear and bourbon . Mid sweet with full body and dense rounded mouthfeel. Sugar, tar and smoky licorice. Low bitterness.

Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Smooth palate, light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Thin dark malts with spicy dark chocolate and spicy smoke. Light caramel in to sweetish sherry. Touch of salted caramel. Comes together pretty well but the smoke is just strong enough to reduce drinkability. Unusual and tasty nonetheless.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné, pellet houblonné, herbacé avec petit rétro de grains et un rappel d’eau de brassin. Palais est malté, pâle, caramel, finement houblonné, hop pellet avec léger fini de pin et résineux et petite note de beurre, possible diacétyle? et dominance sur les malts.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships. New wave of Polish hops. Sweet! Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au nez malté, pils, fruité noble, pointe de tropical et de thé vert. Palais est plaisant mettant de suite un malt pils en avant, petite sécheresse en fin de bouche, effet de maïs, léger fruité tropical sur la fin avec un petit côté fruit de la passion, thé vert se rapprochant des houblons US côté ouest.

Arôme au nez fin de brett, touche de fruité, pêche avec de fines effluves aigrelettes, petit rétro houblonné tirant sur l’effet américain. Palais de brett assez dominant, effet fruité à noyaux typique pour cet usage de levure, effervescence moyenne voire haute avec petit complément de raisin blanc, petite amertume agrumes rappelant un peu le pamplemousse.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships. Brune foncée, virant sur le noir, col crémeux café au lait. Arôme remet encore très bien le fumé en avant, l’effet Sherry qui reste modéré, petite pointe fruité en rétro. Même splendeur que la version de base. Palais est malté avec pas mal de fumé malté, load de touche de bbq rappelant le porc grillé, Sherry reste plutôt modéré et en ligne avec les autres. Petite touche de douceur venant dut Sherry.
