0.33 l bottle from 'Getränke Hoffmann' as 'Süß Gespritzter Apfelwein' at 3.75% abv. Clear, golden yellow with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of sweet apple, lemonade and light sulphur. Quite sweet, a little sourish, rather fruity aroma of sweet apple, lemonade, quince and some sulphur, followed by a short, minimally tart, hardly dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fairly sweet, lacks acidity. Not bad, but also not really refreshing.

Clear bright golden colour with no head and steady carbonation. Perhaps it's the hops that give off a slight note of lime zest. Otherwise a fairly plain medium cider.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, some walnut and traces of honey. Quite sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, some honey and hints of walnut, followed by a short, minimally tart, just slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid, just rather sweet for a dry one.
