Clear gold with a fresh apple aroma. Faint apple cake underneath. Taste is mildly sweet with lingering tartness at the end. Nice.

0.33 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann'. Clear, very pale golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, light wood and traces of lemon. Gently sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and traces of lemon, followed by a short, slightly tart, gently dry and a bit woody finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite pleasant, especially for that abv.

ABV: 5.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apple, flowers, dusty hops - grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apple, light dusty hops - grass, light dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20201003]
