750ml wired cork bottle from Vinatis. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, funk, caramel. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, caramel, with some funk, wood, and drying tannins.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with apples, apple skin, flowers, honey, wood and hay. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, apple skin, grass, honey, flowers, wood and a fairly dry finish with a balanced acidity. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Crisp, clean and really well made cider. Nothing adventurous, just crisp and brilliant. Very nice.

Bottle. Bit hazy very pale yellow lime. Sweet pear, almonds, soft funk, lime, a touch of lactic notes and glue. Medium sweet, lighter sour. Medium bodied, light dry. Sparkly carbonation. Great.
