21/3/2024. Can bought in London, courtesy of Gus, cheers. Region #451. Russian region 15/83. 1.2% abv. Enjoyed from the can watching the Russian Rocket at Ipswich Speedway. Aroma is sweet, rye bread, hints of chocolate and treacle. Quite sweet, with a developing sour edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Quite drinkable.

Tasting, coffee chocolate, clear deep brown, quite sweet malt and dried fruit and a soury hint. Not bad but not to my liking.

Appearance: Clear pal amber with a one finger tall frothy off-white head of good retention. Aroma: Grain, toasted malt, sulphury hop. Taste: Same profile. Light sweet, medium bitter. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: This is a Pilsner, so have my compliment. The hop profile is not really fitting my liking however.
