Description
We brew a range of different beer styles all of which are available in the pub on draught. Our 15 HL brew-kit was commissioned early 2017 and we have been adding capacity to it since.

On tap at Four Provinces, Dublin - Clear yellow body, no head. Grassy nose, good body, honeyed taste, good solid lágar.

On tap at Four Provinces, Dublin - deep ruby red body, long lasting off white head. Malty nose, some smoke in the taste, caramel and tangy dark cake fruit.

--Keg at Cobblestone, Dublin. -- Clear amber, small head. Piney, caramelly grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel Piney grapefruit, bready caramel. Long bitter finish.

--Keg at Cobblestone, Dublin. -- Clear copper colour, small head. Peaty caramel aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel, excessive carbonation. Peaty caramel and pine. Mid bitter finish.

330ml can at home. Deep copper brown pour with a thick tan head. Nose is roasted nuts, slight bit of coffee and chocolate. Flavour is roasted coffee, nutty, bit of chocolate.

Can from Beercloud. Pale gold with a minimal head. Aroma of citrus grains. Flavour is metallic malt, citrus on a spicy base.

Can from Beercloud. Cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma of orange syrup. Flavour is vanilla orange, bitter tropical fruit, sweet base.
