On keg at Brewdog's Cinematic Circus, Weston Airport, Co Dublin. Pours hazy dark brown to black, beige head. Aroma: roasty malts, light citrus, hoppy. Taste: light sweet & bitter, dry, toasted malts, earhy, dark chocolate, citrs zest. Medium bodied, ample carb, creamy mouthfeel, light bitter finish. Decent example of the style.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours very like another stout I’ve had...wink wink, but this one has lovely chocolate aromas mixed with a bit of bitter coffee. Smooth nitro mouthfeel, milk chocolate and roasty toasty flavours, nice bitter finish.

Draught at Simon Lambert & Sons, Wexford. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- sweet fruity, apples and must, yeast, flowers. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, slightly bitter, malty, fruity, flowers, citrusy, coriander. Medium bodied.
A bit unusual, but very tasty saison.

Dark brown, fizzy off white head, light lacing
Aroma of slight spicy hops, no roast
Taste of very soft roast, touch of burnt toast, dab of spicy hops, not enough dark malts in here, boring tbh
Palate - Moderate carb, body quite thin, too fizzy - expected more body for an oatmeal porter. Finish has some more dark roast
Overall - For an oatmeal porter it was too thin and fizzy, depth of flavour lacking. Bit of a miss. Interesting BeersIveKnown says its more like a Dunkel - certainly closer to that

Very dark brown, dense oatmeal head, good lacing
Aroma - Not getting much, too cold
Taste - dark malt background, some dark bitter chocolate, nice clean bitter zest hop, generic citrus zest, bitterness of toasted malts blends well with bitter hops
Palate - Medium carb, medium light body, good bitter sweet balance. Finish of soft roast, soft chocolate and citrus, clean
Overall - Good example of a lower strength BIPA, although the style suits an abv of 6% and above

Beer changes from brew to brew - Mosiac and some other hop
Blonde, clear, thin white head, some lacing
Aroma - Citrus zest, fresh hoppy nose, no malts
Taste - Bitter citrus zest hops, nice light soft fruity pale malt that lets the hops fully through, tropical fruits
Palate - Medium carb, light to medium body. Plenty of hop bitter ness, good light pale malt background. Good bitter sweet balance, clean finish.
Overall - Exactly what I like to get in a Pale Ale - rare to find in Ireland a hoppy beer with a light malt background, cleanly brewed, no claggy malts, refreshing, good stuff
