Cloudy amber red beer, no head. Aroma: very funky, dry, sourish impression, some vinegar, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, wood, tannins, red wine. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, fruity, quite some raspberries, juicy, red wine, bitter, tannins, spicy, weird touch, a bit soapy. Aftertaste: funky, dry, wood notes, tannins, Christmas spices, cinnamon, cherry pits, almonds, nice and spicy finish. I like it!

Cloudy deep yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, quite some tropical fruits, juicy, citrus notes, very dank, resinous hops. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, alcohol, very dank, hoppy, resinous, gentle bitterness, nice. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, spicy, earthy, hoppy, some tropical fruits, ok.

Cloudy red beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, very fruity, lots of berries, raspberries and cherries, raspberry jam, very pleasant smell! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, nice, lots of raspberries, dry, very acidic, a little metallic. Aftertaste: dry, very sour, lemon juice, citric acidity, some vinegar notes, way too acidic actually.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: oh my, that’s all coffee, more coffee and nothing but coffee. That’s a bit over the top, no guys? MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, all coffee, more roast, coffee, bit sourish, meh. Aftertaste: coffee, coffee and more coffee, coffee grit, maybe some vanilla and cocoa in the end. I mean, I agree you have to be able to taste the coffee if it’s a coffee stout. But it’s still supposed to be a beer, not an iced coffee.

Tap at Billies2022, Antwerpen. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some dryness, Floral elements, Woody elements....ok.

Lots of raspberries, funk, wheat, a touch of balsamico. Solid sour but not too much. Nice.
