750ml bottle. Pours a clear bright golden colour with a foamy white head that dissipates away. Aroma of citrus tang, woody oak and brett. Taste is light malt & lemony citrus sour nicely balanced with vanilla, oak and funky brett notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sourish but clean finish. Very drinkable.

Keg at BD on da Bush, 09/04/14. Opaque mahogany brown with limited head work that eventually takes the form of pencil thin lining. Nose is toffee, light must, woody twang, red berry and dark fruit rind, nothing overly sour going on. Taste carries a more sour edge, light fruit balsams, bitter orange, ripe dark fruit skins, touch of barnyard, musty wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tangy fruit ring in the close laced with subtle acidity. Decent easy drinking Flemish red.
