We are a new nano brewery that specialises in strong and European styles of beer. We have a passion for craft beer and strive to produce the best beer possible. Can from puzzles Lincoln. buckets of coffee which dominate, and maybe drown out the nuts. Really boozy but it is 15% so to be expected.

As Seraphim 2026 (so might already be a annual series, or might become one) Bottle at Puzzles, Lincoln. Yes some coconut and tonka, but nice dried fruit and some almost barrel wood. I thought a 375ml might be to much be no. Excellent beer!!

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. Opaque cola brown. Foamy frothy beige head. Bitter aroma - coffee, liqourice and savoury porridge. Flavourwise it's bitter and tangy. Peripheral sourness, moreso into the finish. Gets more fruity after a look break. Underlying porridge. Medium bodied..Creamy. flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff.

440ml can. Pours almost black with a ton of chunky yeast (eventually settled), with a big beige head. Aroma of chocolate and roast malts, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Taste of grapefruit, pine, berries, dark chocolate, roast malt, pine, strong bitterness. Medium bodied.
Solid BIPA. Shame about the initial appearance but not too bad in the end.
