Cask at Tap and Can, Shrewsbury. Pours a murky orange-brown with a small cream head. The aroma has malts and rye. In the mouth it is slightly bitter with a little underlying sweetness and a syrupy texture. Flavour has nuts, sour cherries and toffee with hints of coffee later on leading to a sticky finish. I wasn’t at all keen on this – though there was nothing actually wrong with it.

(Draft at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 30 June 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange and pineapple. Fruity taste with citrus, orange, pineapple, mango, passionfruit and a mild citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and tasty. Nice one.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/08/2025.
Hazed orange amber topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, pineapple, ripe melon.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, papaya, mango splash, bitter sweet tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if running a little on the sweet side for my liking.
