Klar, dyp mørk amber med fyldig beige topp som daler sakte. Aroma; Karamell, sirup, malt, plomme, vaniljekrem, urter. Smak; karamell, sirup, plomme, humle, urter, malt, hint av lakris, toffee, kanel. Myk, lett, balansert. Varig ettersmak. Antagelig veldig god til fet julemat, da den er smaksfull men ikke for fyldig.
