Optisch hellgoldgelb und opaltrüb mit feiner bis mittelgrober Perlage. Die weiße, mittelporige Schaumkrone gibt sich dabei flaumig und gut haltbar. Im Duft sehr frischfruchtig mit Noten von Zitrus, Weingartenpfirsich, frühreifer Marille und Maracuja. Der Antrunk kommt sehr frisch, feinspritzig, zart süßlich und schön sauer mit leichten Fruchtnoten. Der Körper präsentiert sich schlank bis mäßig voll, sehr feinrezent, mit einer geschmeidigen Textur und deutlicher Trockenheit. Geschmacklich und aromatisch überzeugt dieses spezielle NEIPA mit einer relativ hohen Säure, fruchtigen Noten von Zitrus, frühreifem Steinobst und einem zarten Hauch Exotik. Die fruchtige Säure knüpft dabei gut an eine leicht fruchtige Herbe an. Nuancen von Marshmallow und/oder Bonbons lassen sich im besten Fall hintergründig erahnen, spielen aber keine Rolle. Im Ganzen betrachtet ergibt sich so aber ein sehr erfrischendes und durchaus spannendes Gesamtbild, welches man ganz einfach gesagt aber weder als mittelmäßig, noch als supergeil bezeichnen würde. Trotz der relativ hohen Säure hat man ein Bier mit einer guten Drinkability vor sich. Im Nachtrunk bauen Kohlensäure und Säure langsam ab und man vermisst ein wenig die fruchtigen Noten. Was bleibt, ist ein längeres Kribbeln im Mund und auf der Zunge. Mein Fazit: Ein absolut erfrischendes, sauer-fruchtiges NEIPA, welches sich sehr gut trinken lässt und ich im Sommer jedem Radler oder Cocktail vorziehen würde.

Tap at Sedm °. Medium body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness. Pretty basic hops character, intense, juicy, general citrusy and fruity. Overall a good beer, easy drinking.

Tap with Gurthnar at sedm°, where they used the wrong name (...made of Starhops). Hazy yellow body, thick-off white head. Gum, light resin, herbal light onion. Creamy taste, light stone fruit, vague onion, and, in the finish, bitterish at best. Bit minerally, okay. Very not Crazy Clownish, quite decent.

Tap at Hell Smoke. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitternes, medium sweetness. Lots of fruitiness, exotic, with dragon fruit and prickly pear coming through cleanly and nicely, also combining well with the base citrusy fruity hoppiness. Very good, easy drinking, tasty.

Canned 500ml. -from Pivny Raj Mlynske Nivy Bratislava, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, sour strawberry nose. Sour strawberry taste with notes of sauerkraut and subdued almonds. Slightly peppery as well. Nope.

0.5l can from Slovakia, thx Ogi for sharing with H and me. Some strawberry, phenols and cabbage in the aroma. Tart taste, aggro sourness, actually burning, some strawberry, vague cabbage from the infection. This may have been fine a month and a half or so, but now it's a mess.

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Cloudy pinkish orange, small off-white head. Intense sourness resembling sour cabbage, very sour fruit underneath. Some medicinal phenols. Intense harsh sourness, sauerkraut, some candy sweetness in the back. Finishes astringent and dry with a phenolic harsh bitter bite. Infected.

Tap at Zil verne. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium sourness, light tartness and sweetness. Assertively citrusy, fruity. Subtle gooseberrry and ginger. I could not pick them up by myself, but they are here. Tasty, easy drinking, pretty good.

Tap at Oloumoucká citadela. Murky orange body, off-white head. Slightly rubbery aroma, but lovely mango notes. Bit tart, funky, and still pleasant mango in the taste, with a good sour-sweet balance. Works!
