Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head that turns small quite quickly. Aroma is mild cigarsmokeish fruity roasted malts along with some alcohol and some mild notes of caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, caramel, some slight toasted notes. Also some alcoholic sweetness. Quite complex and actually drinkable strong bock.

Bakalar 555 at the Pivovarsky Klub. Poured a bronze-brown colour with an off white head that went away fast. Sweet, almost sticky grainy, malty noste, light caramelly notes. Sweet, full and lovely fruity grainy malty strong taste, dried figs, very very light metallic notes near the end overlapping now and then with alcohol notes sometimes. Notes of cocoa. Too weak hopiness, herbal/lemony which isn’t missed much anyway. I liked this a lot, possibly more than I should have. A tasty dark bock.

Dark amber color. No aroma. The light caramel flavor is dry and a bit grassy. Boring.

Lahev: Light amber to amber coloured, small, but stable white foam; some lemony-fruity notes - dried fruits too - in the sweetish-malty nose; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering bitter- slightly mouldy - caramelly finish. Not too bad.......
