No smell, unless you stick your nose in it, and you might trick yourself into thinking you can notice some lemon and grain. Pale yellow with no head. Flavour, if you can call it that, is barely noticeable grain and then some alcohol. Mouthfeel is just weak. It’s a piss poor lager that should only be drunk under a bridge after you receive your eviction notice.

Aroma was dark barley with nuts, and a touch of soya sauce. Nice dark appearance, very appealing burgundy-black colour. Taste was heavy, a barley wine almost, plenty of sweetness as well as some coffee hints. Dry finish. A good, strong dark beer.

0.5 l bottle, thanks to Doggythedog for sharing! It poured pale yellow body with medium sized head. Lemony and somewhat corny aroma. Crappy and strange bitterish, sour corn and sweetish malty flavor. Very thin with only a little bit of that strange and unpleasant bitterness remained in the finish. Not so awfully bad as some other Hungarian gems, but bad enough for sure.

0.5l bottle purchased somewhere in Budapest, shared with heavy. Poured a very pale golden bo0dy with a big white head that went away fast. Slightly salty, vegetably nose, some pollen and malt. Better than the average 3.0% Hungarian supermarket lager. And so’s the taste. Sweet malty, bready taste, some salt, some herbal notes, some egg. Gets worse later on actually but still far from the worst option in Hungary, not that that’s saying much or anything at all.

Bottle. Color dark gold with light white head. Usual pilsener aroma. Bit watery with malt, corn, bitter hops. Light bitter finish.

Bottle and can. Yellow color with white creamy head. Cereal aroma. Watery taste, sweet short finish. Little bit boring beer but OK in hot summer.

Can from some small kiosk/shop at Podmaniczky -Frigyes ter, Budapest. Poured a dark amber-red-brown body witha big, slightly off white head. Malty, slightly honeyish nose. Odd sweet yoghurty, caramelly taste, light. Dry and bitter finish. Expected far worse reading the other ratings, but it’s not all that bad I guess. Not a stunner, not crap and different from most.

From the tap in Eger. A rather typical mass Euro lager. Not all that bad, though light and undistinguished. Malt is decent for a lighter beer, hops work decently as well. Pretty decent as far as these things go.

it is very stinky, smells like teen sweat. Appearance is the best thing about this beer. Nice amber body with fizzy head. Flavour is minimal, that is a bity malty and caramelic, but very watery texture. Fortunately short aftertaste.
