Bottled (BB 12/2008)
Dark ruby color, steady tan head. Aroma is interesting: thick mix of sour milk, red currant and toasted malts. Medium-, almost full-bodied. Caramelly, slightly grainy, some toasted notes and some alcohol. I have no idea what this beer wants to be: dark malt liquer?

Can from Tesco, Budapest (BB 12/2008)
Pale yellow color, small white head. Light rubbery and grainy aroma. Fizzy. Mostly tasteless. Only some light grainy flavors and some sweetness, perhaps from corn. Those faint flavors fade away quickly.

Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma has spicy German hops, and a little sulphur. Flavour is a little too sweet but with a decent hop flavour.

0.5l bottle purchased at some store in Budapest Poured an impressively dark brown/black colour with a tiny brown head that went away too damn fast. The nose is roasty and malty, quite nice, some caramel. The taste is good but doesn’t match the expectations set by the appearance and the nose... light macchiato, with some low quality milk chocolate. Some roastiness, weak lq, slightly acidic hopiness, weak caramel. Alcohol well hidden (but not perfectly). A bit warming. Not the fullest of bodies, but really heavy for Hungary. The best macro in Hungary I guess, taking a niche that (the infinitely superior) Tomislav takes here in Croatia.
