For out sample at the source. Pitch black liquid. Aroma and flavor are the same. Coffee, cigarettes, deep malt. Alcohol is hidden. Pretty good malt depth. Very respectable overall! Clearly the best brew of the 5 that I sampled on this visit.

4 ounce draft at the source. Clear golden appearance. Aroma is black pepper, lighter malt bill, mildly spicy coriander Finish. Lighter body but it drinks good enough.

4 oz. draft. Mostly a spot on Märzen. Good malt to start, flavor falls off fast. Ends on mild earthy tones. Lighter body, watery in the finish. I think it is a good recipe, it just needs a slightly beefed up malt backbone.
