330ml bottle from a chocolate shop in Arras. Pours pale yellow, good white head. Fresh floral lightly spicy nose. Fairly light bodied to taste, airy feel, typical of style I suppose, light fresh saison yeast whispers, very light and seshy. Decent.

Draft @ Arras Marche de Noel. Golden appearance with a fine mist, white head. Citrussy nose. Straight away hits a middle of the road APA character, all citrussy hops with mild grapefruit hints, medium to light bodied, gentle carbonation.. perfectly fine, gently fruity hoppy pale.

Draft @ Arras Marche de Noel. Pours hazed pink, with a short-lived off-white head. Pleasant blueberry nose. Flavour profile has a moderate blueberry presence, tasting fairly light and easy-drinking for the strength, not massively sweet but fruity enough to walk around the Christmas market.

Bière 75 cl bue à la maison. Bien ancrée dans le registre des bières nordistes, elle a su attirer mon attention grâce à sa discrète mais bien présente saveur de café et de torréfié. Cette nuance apporte une dimension légèrement originale à une bière qui, autrement, s'inscrit dans les canons classiques du style. Notes de malt, de café, texture légèrement veloutée, expérience en bouche plaisante, bien qu'elle ne soit pas révolutionnaire dans son profil gustatif.
