Can. Golden amber with a frothy cm of white head. Aroma of pear, some peach, weeds, bread. Pretty much how it tastes. Firm bitterness at the end. Not a Coopers Red clone but in the locale. Pretty good, refreshing, distinctively Australian.

Back as part of 25 years of beers. Can. Clear deep red amber with a cm of beige head that's soon a scant coat. Aroma of singed toffee, stewed fruit, strong bread, gentle citrus and spices. So it tastes. Malty & sweet but the citrus, spices and bitterness required to stop it becoming cloying are there in sufficient quantity. Not totally my sort of thing but good.

Can. Deep red brown with an inch of beige head that lasts quite well. Wholesome aroma of brown bread, spices. A bit sweet with sticky breadcrust and prunes before a dryish and moderately bitter finish. Started at 10C, perhaps a bit warm by the end. Pretty good.

Can. Fairly hazy orange with a good cm of white head that lasts well enough. Fresh orange pulp aroma with some pineapple, chewed crackers. Juicy with a little zesty top note. Not very sweet with a finish that's dryish but not very bitter. Good, refreshing. Does what it does through complementarity rather than just bunging in more hops.

500ml bottle at School of Animals, Kuala Lumpur. Bottled 04/22. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, dark chocolate, red berry fruit, light vinous, dry, oaky, light vanilla, boozy liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty awesome!

375ml can from School of Animals, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy lemon citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Better than I expected. Very refreshing.

Can. Cloudy amber with a white head that gradually fades to the rim. Aroma of spices, apricot, orangewater, light dough. Mellow fruit and light dough with spices building with the moderate bitterness. Nice but could have done with more bubbles and bitterness.
