Founded in 2020, Sureshot Brewing has been a long term project of James Campbell. Everyone with a bitter taste in their mouth knows James. A serial head brewer at some of Manchester’s most respected independent breweries, and pioneer of the best in new world styles and hops to the UK. J.C. has been instrumental in the development of new wave British brewing over the last decade (and then some).

But we're more than a CV, we believe beer is something that’s meant to be enjoyed. That's why we’re focusing on what we know people love: hoppy IPAs, clean lagers, and flavourful, easy-drinking pale ales. Now we're ready to get brewing and release our first beers in 2022.

Can from Fuss Club. Pours black with a thick tan head. Aromas of milk chocolate and maple syrup. Taste adds some dark fruit. Not as sweet as feared.

Big chocolate, some cocoa bitter, and nicely balanced with the maple. I feared this would be massive sweet, but more subtle than expected. Smooth body.

Raspberry red topped with a crimson cap.
Nose is raspberry yoghurt, damp cloth, balsa wood.
Taste comprises berry pips, mixed red berry skins, lactic tang, damp straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced puckering edge.
Tidy refresher.

Nose is dried fruit rinds, hint of liquorice, toffee.
Taste comprises brown bread, toffee, light spice, fruit loaf.

Hazy / milky gold with a bubbly white head and a soft lemon biscuit aroma. Somewhat fizzy, fresh and zesty with a hint of pine, some biscuit malt and a dry bitter finish.

440ml can.  Pours jet black with a large head.  Aroma is milk chocolate, blackcurrant and a little maple syrup.  Taste has maple syrup throughout with a little blackcurrant cough syrup.

On tap at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 24th April 2026. Moderately hazy straw coloured with shallow white foam and spot lacing. Tropical fruits aroma. Intensely citrusy in-mouth with tangy fruits. Tangy, fruity finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 24th April 2026. Hazy dull yellow with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Tropical fruits and citrus in a blended aroma. Tangy citrus fruits in-mouth, and a finish of citrus peel and sweetish spices. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel.
