Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a a super large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate notes with some residual sugar and light acidic notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate and light salty notes with a good amount of acidic notes. Body is super thin with powerful carbonation. This beer has started to turn way too acidic and body is too thin for the style.

(473ml can shared by Luc, thanks!) Pours quite hazy bright gold with a decent white head and lace. Notes dominated by bright zesty tangerine, mandarin, lemon and grapefruit, supporting ripe papaya and light floral notes, softly bready semi-sweet malt with a quite dry semi-crisp finish, nice citrus oils and pith and a little dank herb in the back end, light bitterness and no excessive 'green' vibes or hop burn. Medium-bodied, fairly softly carbonated, lightly creamy and plush. Really nice stuff, not insaney punchy but smooth and well balanced. Another good brew from WB.

(473ml can shared by Luc, thanks!) Pours moderately hazy orange-gold with an average white head and a little lace. Notes of deep citrus, particularly grapefruit and navel orange, smooth pineapple-mango type orange tropical fruit, moderately bready pale malts, soft florals and cannabis, moderately sweet up front with a light to moderate bitter finish, some resins and citrus with dank overtones but not as 'green' as many WB beers, moderate alcohol warmth. Medium-full bodied, slick to creamy, with smooth carbonation. Good triple, fairly balanced while being intense, not too sweet but a little boozy. Nice brew.

(500ml bottle shared by Luc, thanks!) Unbelievable gusher when opened, though well beyond the very short 'open by' date. Liquid was an opaque dull reddish colour while the head was a brownish pink loose froth with tons of fruit chunks in it, not attractive. Despite the mess, notes of sweet cherries, pineapple, moderately tart slightly citrusy lactic sour base is largely offset by maple and sweet fruit. Not so much cinnamon and heavy maple syrup but a woodsy spicebox vibe played nicely with the fruit. Full-bodied and thick, obviously a mess with the foam over and high levels of fruit purée but past date one can say it's a risk. Seems like there's a consistency problem between bottles like there is on tap suggesting the puree isn't staying well-mixed during serving or bottling; the WB smoothie flavours are great so I hope that can be ironed out.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours a quite hazy orange-gold with a decent white head and lace. Aroma of very floral hops, potpourri with lychee and guava, grapefruit, some fresh grass and light cannabis. Flavour is fairly dry and floral from the off, again a lot of tropical perfumed flowers with some lychee/guava undertones, lime peels, grass, light resins, tingling metallic sort of astringent twang, soft biscuity malt, quite dry finish with lots more floral and resinous notes and some more lime peel giving light and peppery bitterness. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Solid but lacking a bit of pop as is typical for their canned offerings, and a bit atypically floral for the hops used I thought.

(473ml can from the brewery) Pours very hazy deep orangish-gold with a small white head and scarce lacing. Aroma of ample melon mix with bright lemon/grapefruit axis citrus, grass and a little soap. Flavour is quite dry for style even up front, with pale melon, fruit rinds, soapy florals, grapefruit peel, peppery hops, light pale malt, finishing bone dry with relatively low bitterness but a lot of soapy citrus and lightly peppery grass notes. Lighter body, oily, soft carbonation. Interesting, but the soapy melony vibe is not quite my favourite; I think I'm finally getting a handle on Strata and my conclusion is that I like it as a supporting hop. Interested to see this series move to other hops though.
