Aroma is malt, caramel, cherry, cherry seeds, raspberry, marzipan, almonds, vinegar, yeast, and hints of leather. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, and medium to very acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with intense notes of malt, cherry, almonds, raspberry, and vinegar. Very rich but well balanced.
