Unclear dark golden with a small disappearing head. Brett, funk, fermented hay, barn yard, dry unripe green apples, lemon juice, lactic acid, fermented sarma cabbage, sea salt. Dry acidic sourness, slightly salty. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic funky sour finish. An excellent Wild Lager, very complex aroma, refreshing taste. Great!

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pinkish golden, faint head. Tart nose with red currant and rose water. Citric wiht light body and clean mouthfeel. Slender and citric with summer blossom, unripe red currant and notes of cherries. Light grape skin-like bitterness.

Mildly bretty, tangy and minimally grassy, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of grape sugar, white grapes, yellow stone fruit, whiffs of sauerkraut, woody, oaky overtones.
