Can. A black one, with a small off-white head. The aroma has lots of coffee, cocoa and dark chocolate. Some herbal notes. It's full-bodied and warming, softly carbonated, with a gentle bitterness. Roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate and some herbal hints in the flavor. Everlasting finish. Quite delcious- 240831

Can. A more or less black one, with a ring of beige bubbles. Sweetish, roasted aroma with vanilla, licorice, hints of soy and molasses, and a pleasant alcohol touch. It's full bodied, warming and smoothly carbonated, lightly sticky, with a bitter touch. Roasted malts, coffee, dark dried fruit, licorice and molasses in the flavor, sweet. Lightly charcoalish in the sweet finish. A quite complex and tasteful one, not too pastry-ish. Might be that cellaring did it good. 240806

Draught@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is apricot, peach, some grapefruit and mild grainy and wheaty tones to it. Flavour is grapefruit, some zest, apricot, peach, mild nectary tones with some oaty and mild herbal tones.

0,33l can shared with wiosna @ Barley & Bait. Pours thick dark black with a low head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts with maple syrup. Flavor is sweet roasted malts, maple syrup, vanilla, alcohol, hops. Very sweet but good.
