Süßer, stark hopfiger Antrunk. Würzig, trocken holzig, geringe Bitterkeit. Zum Ende herber, gleichzeitig wird der Hopfen schwächer, trocken bleibend. 11/8/9/8/8/8

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep muddy brown pour, one finger frothy off-white head, medium retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Malty nose, sugary, molasses, dried fruits in the background. Medium to full body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, sticky, soft and chewy. Malty sweet taste with boozy bitter notes in the background. Aroma of toasted caramel, toffee, molasses, ripe fruits. Candy, bready notes. Lingering alcohol. Long lasting finish, dry, boozy, lingering bitterness. Good.

Very dark brown with a huge amount of massive chunks. Looks terrible. Aroma and flavour have bittersweet treacle. Lots of dried fruits. Burnt bitterness. Nice oily texture.

Bottle during operation clear the stash (09/02/2022) - amber with a off white head. Toasted and sweet malty with notes or caramel and toffee sweetness, bready malts, medium body, twiggy hoppy sweet malty close. Good amber.

Sehr helle, klare Farbe. Interessanter Geruch: Fruchtig / blumig / hopfig aromatisch. Geschmacklich bekommt man ähnliches. Die hopfenbittere, florale Note kommt hier besser raus. Getreide ist ganz klar ein zusätzlicher wichtiger Faktor. Wirklich wohlschmeckend, könnte aber intensiver und gehaltvoller sein. Im Endteil wird es etwas dünn. Auch die gute Hopfung kann nicht verhehlen, dass das ganze insgesamt etwas zu süffig ist. Dass die Zutaten aus biologischem Anbau stammen, ist aber natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt.
