Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours very slightly hazed yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Lightly sweet flavour with lovely fresh, pale biscuit character, modest bitter grass and hay. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more fresh biscuits, bread, hay, comforting bitterness. Delicious. This one really grew on me.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig, leicht malzig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle at ABC opening. Clear golden with medium white head. Grainy, malty aroma with grassy hops, light herbal notes. Taste, again malty, light grain, grassy, herbal hops. Good one.

As a Hofstettner Heines Altes Lager. Long neck bottle. BIO bier poured into Schlagl mug glass from Vienna. Piana spora, bardzo trwala, lekko metnawe, zlociste, pachnace swizrymi snopkami zboza. w smaku zbozowe, wyraziste i tresciwe niczym chleb Pradnicki. Pijalne, a w takie upaly to wielgachny plus. Kellerbier bardzo smaczny.

From bottle at Villacher Biereck in Austria 06.08.21 while waiting for the night train to Rome. Dark brown. Diminishing beige head. Fine taste of roasted malts, dark caramel, bitter coffee, bitter chocolate and juniper.
